Who are we?
We are the RISE Youth Ministry, dedicated to serving young individuals from 6th to 12th grade.
Our Beliefs and Principles:
- Community: We believe in gathering together regularly to worship God, learn from His Word, and encourage one another. Our community fosters an atmosphere where everyone can ask and answer tough questions, guided by biblical truths. Love for all people is at the core of our interactions.
- Worship: God created humanity to worship and glorify Him in all aspects of life. Our worship takes various forms:
- Song: We lift His name through heartfelt melodies.
- Service: We serve both within the church and in the broader community.
- Worldview: God’s Word shapes our perspective.
- Prayer: We engage in serious prayer.
- Giving: We offer tithes and time.
- Evangelism: We share the gospel wherever we go.
- Witness: The good news of Jesus Christ is too precious to keep to ourselves. We share it within our local communities and extend it globally to those who have never heard the gospel.
Our Goals:
- Serve Our Community: We actively engage in service projects.
- Learn About God: Our pursuit of knowledge deepens our faith.
- Spread the Gospel: We share the transformative message of Jesus.
- Develop Our Relationship with Christ: Our safe space encourages growth and connection.
Sunday School/Friday Fellowship:
- Sunday School Schedule:
- Time: Every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Middle School Students: Engage in tailored lessons designed just for you.
- High School Students: Join Pastor Darren for deeper discussions relevant to the challenges you face during these formative years.
- Sunday Service Schedule:
- Time: Every Sunday from 11:15 AM to 12:30 PM
- Friday Fellowship/Social Schedule:
- Time: Every Friday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- What: These evenings typically involve worship, lessons, and delightful snacks and games.
